EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Baliora Education Institute (BEI) is a local school successfully registered through IPA on the 30/06/2021. The school was established to target the high number of students dropping out of the lower and upper secondary schools and unable to make it to the next level of their education. The main objective of this school, is to give everyone a second chance in education. Education is Life!
BEI is a new school and will open for registration in January 2022. 4 x classrooms are being built to cater for the upper and lower secondary students to start off with. It will also have an Administration block for all the secretarial services including the Principal’s office and Teachers Conference Room as well as a Computer Lab. The school property still has a lot of space and therefore, a 2 x double storey building for additional 4 x classrooms are planned for the next phase.
This school will be affiliated with the East New Britain Provincial FODE Centre to cater for these student group. The school will be headed and managed by Mrs Eva Magaga who has well over 20 years of experience in the education sector; teaching, mentoring and providing leadership skills in various schools throughout the New Guinea Islands region.
This school is set up purposely to educate and develop the young generation within the local and surrounding communities at Baliora in East New Britain Province.

The primary vision of BEI is to assist the community by ensuring its youths have a second chance in education.
MISSION STATEMENT
BEI will give its students a second chance in education and prepare them for a better tomorrow. Dropping out of school does not mean it’s the end of the world. “Keep Moving Forward” should be the drive for all students, in line with the School Motto.
